Legal services are divided into two categories: judicial and extrajudicial.

 

Legal services: We perform civil registry supplies and rectifications, mainly for citizenship recognition purposes. However, our work is not limited to these cases. Rectification is necessary when there is a substantial error in the registry, such as the names of parents and grandparents (not just spelling errors), dates, location, among other errors that can be proven by documentation. Supplies are necessary when the registry in question never existed or was destroyed. In these cases, the action aims to make up for the absence of the record, when are other documents that can provide the correct information necessary for it to be made up.

 

Extrajudicial services: In the extrajudicial sphere, we work with procedures such as divorce and succession, especially for migrants who need to resolve these issues in a less bureaucratic manner and without having to travel to Brazil. In addition, we also perform apostilles, issuances, sending of documents and drafting of various contracts.
